I am passionate about enabling and empowering managers of regulated services to perform the job they love without burning out.
With over 38 years of working in the healthcare sector as a nurse, care home manager, regional manager support, and turnaround manager, I know what it takes to run an efficient care home and the stress, pressure and responsibility that can often lead to burnout of every care homes biggest asset - the care home manager. Combining these experiences with my knowledge of Holistic coaching and NLP, I have developed packages to support the manager as an individual.
Having been through a difficult scenario, I know first hand the importance of how closely the manager and provider need to be working together. I acknowledge that this is not an easy process but it is necessary.
